Reviews and Ratings
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms were very welcoming and comfortable, much bigger than I expected, and had an awesome view of the statehouse. The service was top-notch, with the staff being accommodating and friendly, providing great recommendations and even allowing a late check-out. The location was perfect, central and with a beautiful view of the Rhode Island Capitol building. The dining experience had its ups and downs, but overall, it was good. The facilities were enjoyable, making my stay even better.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were in excellent condition, immaculately clean, and the soaking tub was a perfect relief after a day of exploring the city. The design was handsomely done, with a comfortable bed, convenient outlets, great shower, and lovely amenities. Plus, the view of the Capital building was stunning.
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were clean, modern, and offered a lovely view of the State House. The spacious bathroom with plenty of towels was a nice touch, although the inability to open windows made the room a bit stuffy at night. The location was convenient, within walking distance of Providence Place Mall and the State House; however, the on-location restaurant was closed during my stay.
I found the hotel to be a mixed experience. The rooms were handsomely designed and well-appointed, with an excellent bed, convenient outlets, and nice shower and amenities. However, it was disappointing that the hotel is routinely closed on weekends and that no breakfast is included in the price, which I expected more for. The room I stayed in was a generous size and well-furnished, making it comfortable overall.
